Returns - Shipping - Hold Policy
We accept returns for store credit within 14 business days from the date you receive your order.
**ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT ONLY.**
**CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE AND ALSO THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RE-SHIP NEW MERCHANDISE IN THE CASE OF AN EXCHANGE.**
Items are eligible for return if:
All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. All items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on our beauty products such as lotions, facial masks, facial serums etc.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.

- Securely repackage your items and enclose a copy of your receipt (or Order Number)

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your package arrives, it can take up to 7 Business Days to process. We do not receive returns on weekends or holidays. Once we process your return, we will issue your store credit.
DAMAGED ITEMS or INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you believed you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.

Free shipping on orders of $75 and over.
Our team ships within 2 business days of the order being charged in Shopify. We do not ship on days that the store front is closed. Increased sales, vacations and holiday may alter standard shipping times.
We are willing to hold items for our customers for up to 48 hours. The item will be returned to the sales floor if not paid for within the 48 hour window.
